I have many concerns re my double jaw & genioplasty surgery (10 days post op) but trying to stay positive and wait for final results. however 2 things stress me a lot. 1 my lower left lip side is somehow pulled to the right (when resting a little and when smiling a lot) (photos). Other thing is fat transfer to my lips I had nice lips before (see phot before) this hasn't been discussed now my upper lip is uneven and huge (bigger than lower) will this change? is there anything to do to reverse it?
