How can I fix this witch's chin? (Photos)

I have what people consider a "witch's chin" and it makes me extremely insecure. It ruins my smile, profile, and shape of my face. I don't know why it creases like that, it didn't have it when I was younger. Also I am quite thin and it makes me look like there's more fat under my chin.

I would suggest waiting for 4 weeks before lying on your front or face.  You would be able to fly within one week following surgery, so long as your surgeon approves this as well.
