I have a dip from my lower lip to my chin. (photos)

The reason you have that dip in your chin (known as a deep labiomental fold) is that your chin is vertically short. It is small but mainly in height and much less so horizontal projection. The correct treatment is by vertical chin lengthening through an intraoral opening wedge bony genioplasty.

From the one limited side profile photograph, it appears that the mandible is weak and recessive compared to the rest of the facial features. Consider a chin implant to bring the chin forward to help with facial balance and proportions. Chin implants are manufactured in a large variety of sizes and shapes, and  can be placed under local anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure.
