Answer: No. 25cc is less than 2 tablespoons, and this difference is invisible over an entire breast. You are asking for 100cc or 125cc increase from your present size, and either choice will add about 1/2 bra cup size to whatever you presently have right now, which sounds to me like "a fuller look." Just how much is up to you, but either choice is essentially the same.The question will be if your surgeon feels you have the tissue or anatomic capacity to add that volume, which is definitively determined only at the time of surgery. But I can say, with 30 years of doing lots of breast augmentations, your height and weight and present appearance should allow that.Of greater significance is the fact that you have capsular contracture on one side, which will require complete capsulectomy, especially when you are asking for larger implants. Your surgeon will be tempted to leave the other (non-contracted) capsule intact, and only perform capsulotomy (enlarging the present capsule) without removing the entire capsule as will be necessary on the opposite side. This means that you will have different results from day one of your post-op recovery, and MAY end up with permanent differences that COULD be seen or felt. Not good. There is not a major difference between a 425 and a 450 cc hp implant.  Your breasts have to be measure to make sure you get the implant that best fits your chest.  Though all measurements are important, the most important is your breast width.  You do no t want an implant that is wider than you base width.  

No, there is little difference between the two sizes. Please do not go past what your frame and tissue will support. Your surgeon can best guide you to what range of sizes will work best for you.
