I'm scheduled for my 2nd Capsulectomy the end of this month. I want to be wise and not exert myself too soon, but I cannot not exercise, in some form or another. I get pretty depressed without those endorphins on a daily basis. I know that Crossfit is pretty intense and heavy lifting is not recommended for some time; however, is Yoga acceptable? It's mostly core strengthening and conditioning. Some poses may require upper body strength, but I believe that can be avoided.
