Too much fat graft in cheek and deep eye wrinkles - Are there options to remove or reduce the misplaced fat grafts? (Photo)

Absolutme
Four years ago, I had a mini facelift with excessive fat grafting to my cheeks (as per doctor: Microfat subcutaneous 3cc per upper cheek). Since then, the fat has settled irregularly — one side is fuller, the other has a dent, and the grafts sit too low a and look like pingpong balls, giving my face a bulky, unnatural look. I used to have a slim face, and I no longer recognize myself. I’ve already had two additional surgeries: one to correct pixie ears and attempt cheek liposuction (which didn’t work), and another facelift last year to address the cheeks and eye creases. Unfortunately, the results are disappointing — my eyes still have crinkly folds, and the cheeks look unchanged. Botox doesn’t work well for me and makes my eyes look unnatural. My main concerns now: How to reduce or reposition the excess cheek fat (without adding more) How to improve the creases and folds around my eyes One eye has also become noticeably smaller and more closed than the other I’ve seen multiple surgeons, but no one has offered a clear solution. Would a temple lift or another approach help? Are there options to remove or reduce the misplaced fat grafts? Any guidance would be truly appreciated.
