Over 1 year post op - Why is my right jawline drooping? (Photos)

Good afternoon, i have a question about my right jawline! Im over one year out and completely healed but i knew there was an issue from week 5. I am sceduled for a repair i assume in October however my surgeon is out of state and does not communicate well! He is a "rock star" surgeon and i dont think he likes to admit he didnt get a good result with me. I would love to know what has happened i can not get a direct answer from him.
