Marionette lines returned after facelift - can this be improved? (Photo)

I’m 70 years old and had my second facelift in January, 2025. My last one was 11 years ago. I was happier with the first one. Question, initially my marionette lines looked great, but they are back ( from my nose to my chin). Can my surgeon correct this? Thank you!

You are seeing bulges from the submandibular glands. If you over resect the fat below the platysma in the midline and DO NOT properly address the adjacent submandibular glands....you will have central hollowing with a lateral neck bulge. This is a spectrum of a deformity called "cobra neck".

The filler looks like it was injected quite superficial and in large quantities in the anterior midface. I am not sure what is really going on based on these photos. I would recommend using an ultrasound so see what is going on in the face and also where the filler was actually...
