Facelift - Missing tissue and scars (photo)

Awesome419811
I had a very, very unsuccessful facelift in Asia. The incision was from the temple to the front of the ear, without lifting the neck. Later, I found out that the surgeon had very poor skills and had caused bad outcomes for almost all his patients. My current problems are: 1. The left side of my face is severely missing tissue, as if the fat pad of the mid-cheek (apple cheek) has completely disappeared. On the right side, there also seems to be some missing tissue, but not as much as on the left. Right now, the lower face looks very full, while the entire upper face has become flat—the complete opposite of the intended effect of a facelift. I do not understand why this happened, because my surgeon did not remove any tissue or perform liposuction. Why is there such a significant loss of tissue? I can assure that before the surgery my face was very symmetrical and round.  2. My mouth is also crooked, with the right side higher. 3. Next to the outer corner of my left eye, there is a ridge where an internal absorbable fixation line has become visible. 4.In addition, the incision was designed in a very obvious and visible way. 5. Not to mention, the facelift itself had absolutely no effect—it is still extremely loose and sagging. Right now, I am suffering greatly and do not know whether there is any way or possibility for repair. really need help.
