If you fell, hit the nose and heard a crack the most likely you have a broken bone. Your photographs are consistent with that. It will be permanent and you will need surgical correction to remove it.

Since you heard a crack, and had a nosebleed, you likely broke your nose. Since there is an acute change, this could just be swelling of the lining of the bone, and it may completely disappear. While I can't view your photos, based on your description, it sounds like you may have sustained a nasal fracture. Hearing a crack, getting a nosebleed from both nostrils, and the appearance of a dorsal hump (a bump on the nose bridge that wasn’t there before) are all common signs of a nasal fracture.
You may have a broken nose with a displaced nasal bone, causing the dorsal hump. The hump might be partly due to swelling, but if the bones have shifted, it may not go away on its own. Consult an ENT or plastic surgeon soon to confirm the injury and discuss options for treatment. If it’s a recent break, manual reduction could fix the issue without more invasive surgery.

If you broke your nose, it is certainly very swollen at this point, and difficult to ascertain whether it’s permanent or not at this point. Need to give it a couple of weeks for the swelling to subside and then make a determination. Rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so choose your rhinoplasty specialist wisely based on extensive experience.

Your injury sounds pretty significant. You likely fractured the distal ends of the nasal bone(s). This can result in callous (bone healing process) formation. This typically resolves over months, but I have seen many cases that have persisted. You have may injured the nasal septum or the cartilages along the septum that attach to the undersurface of those nasal bones as well. I would definitely recommend seeing a rhinoplasty surgeon for their evaluation and guidance.

From what you describe you May very well have broken your nose, or had nasal bone fractures.
Everything you describe inconsistent with a nasal fracture.
Personally, I believe nasal fractures should be reduced ASAP.
Even if this means reducing them without anesthetic.
It’s better to get it done sooner because nasal tissues heal rapidly and the bones want to go back to their original position if the reduction is done.
Once scar tissue builds up the bones no longer fit in their original position and quality reduction Becomes more difficult. The nose heals very quickly and scar tissue starts to develop immediately.
My personal preference is always to get nasal fractures reduced immediately.
If I can schedule a surgical procedure within the next day, I will do so otherwise I prefer to do the reduction in the office or wherever possible.
Reduction typically only takes a couple of seconds.
Plastic surgeons and ENT doctors will have their own view on how this should be done. Paragraph some people believe it’s better to wait until the inflammation has settled.
Personally, I think this is not a good idea for the reasons described above
Getting into see a provider to get the right treatment sometimes takes longer than it should.,
You can try going through regular medical channels or simply get on the phone and call plastic surgeons offices and see if somebody can get you in ASAP.
Nasal reduction can be done by otolaryngologists or plastic surgeons.
Different providers will have different opinions.
Once the nasal bones are healed in malunion, the chance of a quality reset becomes far more difficult.
