A couple of days ago my nose got hit very hard and I heard a crack. I immediately got a nose bleed from both nostrils, but it wasn't very heavy and stopped after a few minutes. However, now I have a dorsal hump on my nose bridge. I wanted to know if this is permanent or if it will go away and whether or not I have a broken nose. See photos for before and after.
