I have some pea-size very hard lumps around my breasts and a very rough about 3x2 cm hard flat lump after fat transfer to breast 10 months ago. I have just learned about Serrapeptase that "eats" up scar tissue. Can it eat up dead fat too or is there anything that can naturally dissolve those lumps?

I would definitely wait for now and see what things look like in about six months. By then you will be able to tell which lumps are unlikely to go away on their own and at that time make a decision on what to do.
