Do I have mild tubular breast deformity, constricted breast, or am I just small? (Photo)

I have my first breast augmentation consultation next week after many years of research. I'm wondering which type of breasts I have and which is/are the best options to talk to to my surgeon about to make them more aesthetically pleasing? Would a slight creasant lift and an augmentation that is proportional to my body be a viable option instead of lowering the crease to achieve lower pole fullness and asymmetry? I'm 5'7" and about 125lbs. I've included a handful of photos from multiple angles.
