Hello there, Thank you for the question. It is hard to offer an opinion without photographs or an examination. I would suggest consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon about your options. Most likely, a breast augmentation would give you more fullness and can create the firmer breast you are seeking.
Thank you for your question. Without photographs or a face-to-face exam it's difficult to give accurate advice. Certainly one consideration will be the addition of volume to fill your loose skin by placing breast implants. This of course means that your breasts will be enlarged and may be something to consider in a couple of years once we are certain that your breasts are no longer developing. This usually occurs by the age of 22 to 24 years old. Reducing the loose skin and not placing implants is also a possibility and this is call an uplift procedure. This will tighten skin but will leave incision lines on your breasts that though potentially acceptable will not be invisible. Do some research and meet with a couple of ABPS board-certified plastic surgeons for more information.Jon A Perlman M.D., FACSDiplomate, American Board of Plastic SurgeryABC-TV Extreme Makeover Plastic SurgeonBeverly Hills, California
