Depending on the reference range for the laboratory that did the test, 130 K platelets is low normal, but is still within the range where a breast augmentation could be performed safely.
A low platelet count should be a concern going into any surgery but there are a number of ways to manage it. First and foremost you should investigate why your platelet count is low and make sure that there are no other medical issues to worry about. Breast augmentation is usually associated with very little bleeding but your surgeon may want you to see an internist or hematologist for some additional input and treatment planning prior to your procedure. You may also be at a higher risk for postoperative bleeding so your surgeon may want some recommendations from your other doctors on what to do in case that situation arises as well.

If your platelet function is normal and you have not been on any medication to interfere with how they work, your count should be adequate for surgery. Do discuss your count with your surgeon.
