Female & pollybeak from revision rhinoplasty, possibility to remove scar tissue & restore tip?

From the photos that you have provided I see two correctable issues with your nose. The nose does settle over time and we can see some irregularities appear after all the swelling resolves, This can take years. I think that correcting the fullness in our dorsum and specifically in the supratip region would not be difficult and would unlikely create more problems. The bigger issue is that you have an inverted V deformity of the nasal dorsum, which can also be corrected and not create new problems. An experienced rhinoplasty surgery should be able to take care of both of these issues an give you the nose you hope to achieve.

If the puffiness above your tip that is causing a poly beak is soft to the touch, dilute steroid injections might be considered for reducing the amount of collagen in scar tissue. An examination would be necessary to make this determination. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
