Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal. If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.Good luck :)
It is too soon to see a result after your procedure after only 11 days.Give it at least 6 to 12 weeks to see your final result. During this time ,all the swelling will go away and some of the fat grafts will also disappear. At this point you will be able to tell your final result. You might require another episode of fat grafting or explore other options at that time.
It is not likely that you are going to see an increase in your bottom size. In fact we always discuss with patients the fact that about 30% of the fat will get absorbed after surgery. Wait 2-3 months for your final result and explore other options if you are unhappy.
Patients usually see an increase in buttock size immediately that goes down over several weeks due to a decrease in swelling as well as disappearance of some of the fat. 11 days out is still fairly early, and some of the contour augmentation is blunted by the continued swelling in the places where fat was taken. I would take nothing at face value until at least 4 weeks out from surgery, but you will continue to notice a change in shape up to 3-6 months after your procedure. I would bring up your concerns with your surgeon if you are worried about your final results.

You should ask your surgeon for specific instructions about this. I ask my patient to shave 2-3 days before the surgery, but not the day before or the day of the surgery, as you can have small cuts that may not heal by the time of the surgery and you may have some irritation that can create a...
If you want a significant improvement, many areas would likely need to be liposuctioned to get enough fat to make it worth your while. You would also need a plastic surgeon who is very aggressive in this regard. Additional pictures or an exam would help make a...
