3 previous rhinoplasties, lump in lower bridge. What are my options? Revision or non-surgical? (photos)

I’ve had in total 3 rhinoplasties. One was with a doctor who did a pretty good job but I had a bulbous tip.. my nose slope was very nice… i went to another physician, who I ended up with a thinner tip but a droopy nose and a Polly beek, he did an in office revision and at cast removal the nose looked perfect it had the perfect slope.. I had a cortisone injection one week after cast removal in which the nose appeared to have a lump in the lower bridge that wasn’t there prior… what can I do?
