Almost 2 years post-op. Can my nostrils be corrected? (Photo)

2 years almost post op! I already had a small graft put but the result still really not great from the front. Can this be further improved? One nostril leans more - they're pretty odd :/

Thank you for your question and photo. You are likely a candidate for revision rhinoplasty to correct the nostril asymmetry. During this procedure, the nose can be reshaped and the nostrils narrowed or widened to bring them into harmonious balance with each other. 
An alar base reduction may be performed along with a restructuring of the tip to create a symmetrical, natural-looking result. Hi there! There are options to improve your nose. Sometimes, the tip needs to be structured better to help bring it to the midline. At the same time, the nostrils can be evaluated and an alar base reduction performed. The base reduction involves incisions on the underside of the nostrils to move them more toward the middle, thus improving the symmetry. If done properly, the results can be quite nice.
