Is it simple to have a minor 3rd revision to place fascia over the tip since the skin is thin and the sharp edge shows through most times and gets white? Will this improve circulation as well to have thicker skin? will it change the shape much? I don't mind if it's wider at the tip or sides. It's a shame it wasn't used first because I like my nose otherwise (shape-wise). What's the downtime like for this? Anyone have b/a I can see? Is microfat placement a better alt?
