Will fascia placement over the tip improve circulation? Will it change the shape much?

Good Afternoon! Fascia over the nasal tip is not a technically difficult procedure. I prefer to use temporalis fascia. Microfat can be placed at the same time within the fascia to help provide stem cells and growth factors. I often do this. The camouflage effect is quite nice and natural. It will improve the thickness and should promote neovascularization to the tip. The shape shouldn't change too much other than creating a smoothing effect. The downtime should be minimal. There can be show-through of pinkness in thin skin from the redness of the fascia underneath. This tends to resolve over several months. Hope this helps!
