I’ve had a graft from my ear cartilage placed in the columella but it really didn’t help much. Any detailed advice would be appreciated.

Answer: Uneven columella after an open rhinoplas Thank-you for your query. In case of unevenness of the skin from a skin incision, the improvement is best achieved by addressing the skin, more than by modifying the supporting cartilage. Your single picture is not adequate to give a proper opinion, but the procedures that may help are, fillers, laser resurfacing, dermabrasion or even a scar revision. Please discuss your options with an experienced Board certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss different options with you. All the best!
