Almost 4 mo PO. About a week PO I started noticing my septum would bulge from the left nostril. Now it almost obstructs my left nostril - can barely breathe out of it & it feels congested. When I put my finger inside left nostril I feel the septum hardened, rounded and smooth and I can "push" it towards the right nostril. I still feel part of a stich in there too that hasn't finished dissolving. I am scared. I've never heard of septum swelling, is it legit? Can a steroid shot in there help?
