Can rhinoplasty, chin implant and neck lift be done at the same time? If not, then what procedure should be done first? The rhinoplasty and chin implant or the neck lift? Can a chin implant be done before a neck lift? How soon after a rhinoplasty and chin implant can you get a neck lift?

First of all, your chin does not look too small. Therefore, you are not in an emergency situation in terms of chin implant. You will benefit greatly from the procedure we call submentaplasty. You are also a good candidate for neck lift. Submentaplasty is a smaller procedure than neck lift. You are a patient candidate who can also benefit from neck lift. It can be done with rhinoplasty at the same time.

Thank you for your question. I routinely performed the surgeries in one setting. I would recommend liposuction of the submental area as opposed to a neck lift in your case. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you

It's important to be at your ideal bodyweight before undergoing any surgical procedures on the head and neck. From the limited photographs you your nose looks pretty good so there's only minimal improvement that could be accomplished. It's important to have your BMI less than 32 before undergoing elective neck surgery. If you ask different providers, expect to get different opinions.
There’s nothing inherently wrong with doing all three procedures at the same time.
There are also advantages to doing these as staged procedures. Period.
You can make different arguments for why each procedure should be done before the other.
The end I generally steer people towards having the procedure that’s going to have the greatest impact first.
