What options are there for a vertically short chin? (Photos)

tiw88
I’ve disliked my lower face for years as I haven’t got and vertical definition and it doesn’t look like I have a chin and this was caused by an overbite. I have regularly had fillers for years which help a bit but don’t do a lot for vertical lengthening. Would a chin implant help as I don’t have a lot of bone for sliding genioplasty? I’ve heard they cause bone resorption so I don’t know.
