I am very interested in changing my mid face ratio (interpupillary distance/vertical distance between pupils and upper lip), because I have a long mid face, even if I do not present a "gummy smile". In my case, my mouth protrudes, but my teeth are not misalligned. Can orthognathic surgery help me?
