Would lip fillers make my nose look less wide and my face more symmetrical?

In my opinion and experience, the beauty is go toward the symmetry, balance and proportion among the different
areas in our face.  
Regarding your nose, surgical procedure off course is an option however if you would like to be more conservative and much less invasive then a non-surgical treatment with fillers and botulinum toxin is another good option to be considered. 
My approach is to treat the face as a whole unit and focus and highlighted some areas such as lips,checks and chin in order to create more balance and proportion with the nose and your whole face and achieve a natural looking results. 
According to the pictures, you lips are very good shape however it is possible to improve fullness and hydration of your lips providing a
natural-looking lips using dermal fillers. 
I recommend to seek the advice of an expert doctor with extensive
knowledge in facial anatomy and proportions and experience in facial assessment and
treatment.

you can contour your face using fillers and give your nose a different appearance so can botox to your nose.  I suggest seeing an expert, if you want your nose "less wide" however you will want to have it done surgically or with fillers to contour it.  I suggest daily hydration and plumping to your lips as well (see emeragecosmetics.com lip essentials).  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  I would say your face is proportional but if you desire a larger lip look, you could have it done and have it look natural.  Hope this helps.
