Hi there, for marionette lines, other than botox and HA filler, the next best treatment is by using bio-stimulator injections like Radiesse. It will help to reduce those deep marionette lines and can last longer compare to HA filler.

Both are effective in removing fat pad over the lower eye. Blepharoplasty is a minor surgical procedure to remove the fat pad which will involve incisions. This procedure usually a one-time procedure and the result is immediate. But the disadvantage is longer downtime due to swelling, bruising n pain and there is also a risk of getting infection over the wound and scarring.
