I need to remove a scar due to eyebrow piercing? Would excision or CO2 be a better option? (photo)

I have a scar on the eyebrow due to a piercing i had years ago. I wanted to do something and the option i had so far are: excision of the whole canal beneath the eyebrow and co2 fractioned laser of Acupulse Lumenis, what do you think are my best option? I'm leaning torward the laser
