Yes, it is safe to have multiple FemTouch treatments.  FemTouch is a fractionated CO2 laser procedure for vaginal rejuvenation.  It is typically recommended to have 3-4 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart.  You and your doctor may decide that you would benefit from additional treatments.  

Your use of Latisse should have no effect on the inflammation of your kidneys.  That said, it would be prudent to review your health history with your physician and address any questions or concerns before receiving any prescription medications.

Latisse, properly applied in very small amounts, should dry quite quickly, within a few minutes.  Furthermore, eyelid creams typically are not applied right along the lash line so there should not be any overlap in the application areas.  I would suggest waiting a few minutes, then applying the eyelid cream without worries.

It is normal to see the pattern of the laser on your skin for a few days after the procedure.  You can expect these to fade within a few days.  If you have any concerns, please consult your treating physician.  He or she may review your skin care regimen to make sure it is optimal for healing.

While recovery time will be dependent to some degree on the practitioner and settings used, you can expect some swelling initially, and redness for at least a few days.   There should not be any problem applying make up two days afterwards.
