Is Laser CO2 is better than Dermapen treatments?

I had 10 dermapen treatments and it wasn't help hardly at all. Does the laser Co2 can help me? It is really effective?

I always combine lasers like Co2 with microneedling/prp to get the best outcomes. Typically I recommend adding clear and brilliant, fraxel, viva 4-6 weeks after co2 to improve this along with microneedling/prp to get the best outcomes with texture and tone.  Please see an expert. Your question misses the point.  You are asking about the 2 extremes of options.  Dermapen alone has almost no long term effects.  Fraction Co2 laser is probably the most aggressive treatment short of a facelift.  You have a dozen treatment options in the middle that you aren't considering.  You need an in person consultation in a doctor's office.  Best of luck.
