I had CO2 laser for wrinkles on my face, neck and eye area 3 days ago. Should I be oozing blood after, because I'm not? (photo)

I'm very, very red (also very fair skinned). The red is almost like a patchwork where the laser hit me. I was swollen on day 2 but not terribly. There is no indication that i will peel or slough off. My question is: should I be oozing blood? It appears this may be a normal part of the procedure but I haven't oozed at all. Does this mean I may not see the results I had hoped for?
