Bossae, able to be fixed with a revision? (Photo)

I had my primary about 8 years ago and my surgeon for that is wanting to do a “needle shave” on the sharp parts of my tip, could this cause more damage and should I avoid it and just do a revision to correct this? I’m assuming I have what is cooler Bossae.
