How long will edema on the columella take to resolve itself? 10 months post op (photo)

I had revision rhinoplasty 10 months ago. Dr. said it's edema and it would resolve by itself. How long does it take to normally resolve? Can we treat it steroid if it's actually scar tissue?

Based on your photos, we can see that your left nostril margin is a bit retracted compared to the right. Instead of undergoing more surgery, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered to lower your left nostril for improved nostril symmetry. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Generally, it’s advisable to wait at least a year after the initial rhinoplasty to allow sufficient healing and for the final results to become apparent but based on your photo, it looks like a revision would be possible to give you a more aesthetic outcome. Best of luck !
