I got a primary rhinoplasty in late May. My main concern was how wide my nose looked. I knew my nostrils were asymmetrical and that my skin was thick. For the first three months, my nostrils were round; however, after four months, one of my nostrils started to change to a more triangle shape. My doctor says it is because of my asymmetrical face and skin reacting to the grafts. I feel insecure and upset. I also think that my tip is still lifted. Will things change, or will I need a revision?
