I had a revision rhinoplasty after a seriously crooked and botched 1st nose. My nose has these bumps, and where I circled I can feel a gap of nothing there but on the other side I can feel bone. My surgeon thinks he can shave the rest down to even it out but I'm nervous.

Generally, it’s advisable to wait at least a year after the initial rhinoplasty to allow sufficient healing and for the final results to become apparent but based on your photo, it looks like a revision would be possible to give you a more aesthetic outcome.
