Do I have saddle nose deformity after revision for crooked & botched nose? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty after a seriously crooked and botched 1st nose. My nose has these bumps, and where I circled I can feel a gap of nothing there but on the other side I can feel bone. My surgeon thinks he can shave the rest down to even it out but I'm nervous.

Your surgeon did a nice job on your revision.  You have very thin skin and that is certainly a challenge in revision rhinoplasty surgery.  If all they are suggesting is a rasping of the subtle irregularities and slight fullness of the nasal dorsum then I think that you are able to proceed and you are in good hands.  I would avoid any major revisions to your nose as the enemy of good is better.
