So these wrinkles appeared on my inner eyes only, I have no idea why. I have done blepharoplasty in the past and I have no more excess skin, yet these small wrinkles are on my inner eyes. What is the best approach to solve them ? Thank you

I don't understand your comment and it may be a confusion of terms. I don't understand why a lower bleph was done for malars, which is not typical. Perhaps you could post a picture with a pointer indicating your concern
Your current condition is an ectropion affecting both lower lids. It may or may not self correct but it should get better with time. This post-op condition is often associated with excess tearing, irritation and redness. Good luck, Doc PG
