What procedure to do to get rid of these wrinkles? Take a look (Photo)

So these wrinkles appeared on my inner eyes only, I have no idea why. I have done blepharoplasty in the past and I have no more excess skin, yet these small wrinkles are on my inner eyes. What is the best approach to solve them ? Thank you
