I had an original operation, a lower bluff to remove malars. Everything was fine (there was no retraction of the eyelid) But the result was unsatisfactory (malars remained, even more noticeable) After 4 months, the doctor agreed to a revision. Then ectropion appeared. 5 months later a second revision with canthopexy. And it is still not resolved. Already 6 months since the last revision. Is it from the scar or was he too aggressive (removed a lot of skin.Thank you
