Hello, after my blepharoplastie of the 11 November 2022, I have been living with short eyelids. According to the doctors, I have 18 mm upper eyelid on the left and 20 mm on the right. Considering that the standard is 25 mm for upper eyelids, I need a skin graft of 5 and 7 mm. But I would like to find other solutions than skin graft, if possible, if not after 2 years of keratit and dry eyes problem , I am ready to accept the worst aesthetical solutions to rescue the health of my eyes. Any Advice?

Blepharoptosis (droopy upper eyelid) is very different than blepharochalasis (excess upper lid skin). A droopy eyelid involves more than excess upper eyelid skin. In most cases the edge of the upper lid will cover a bit or more of the pupil. Most cases involve the levator muscle of the upper lid...
Your eyes are not very uneven. this is probably a typical amount of asymmetry that everyone has on their face... and thus I highly doubt that anyone else notices. I suggest you save your money and work on your mental health instead.
A trans-conjunct approach removal of the herniated fat bags in the lower lids is all you're going to need. The incisions are red.located completely on the inside of the eyelid. No external incisions are required, and no sutures are required either.
