Advice for saggy boobs after weight loss? (Photos)

I will start by joining the others on this thread in congratulating you on your weight loss. It's a great achievement—and you deserve to feel excited about it, rather than insecure. A breast lift is likely the best option in your case, because it will raise the position of the nipples and create renewed support for your breasts while removing excess skin and stretch marks. Consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons will get into the details (such as incisions, whether it's best to decrease the size of the areolas, etc.), and I recommend that as a next step for you. Best of Luck,Dr. Romanelli

You need a breast lift also known as a mastopexy.  However there are considerable scars involved and st your age they may not be worth it.  I don’t think you need an implant.

Thank you for your question and congrats on your weight loss.From your pictures you are a good candidate for a breast reduction and lift with an auto-augmentation (using your own breast tissue as a natural implant).This procedure will lift and reduce the size of your breasts and make them also look a lot better.As for the stretch marks, they will not progress because the sag will be eliminated and therefore not as much stretch on the skin.

As you know, your breasts will fluctuate in size and shape over your lifetime with changes in your hormonal status, weight, pregnancies, and age.  Skin elasticity and other factors influence breast contour.  Breast lift with or without implants is commonly requested by women after significant weight loss.  Be confident in your beauty and allure;  You’re unique and special, and have accomplished a change that eludes many.  As suggested by others, consider seeing plastic surgeons in your area to learn more about the breast lift procedure.

Generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a surgery, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. Congratulations on your weight loss. We hear this quite often at my office, many patients who lose a substantial amount of weight have a hard time with their post-weight-loss body as they find it to be saggy and not as desirable as they had hoped. A personalized consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon is your best option, but it would appear a breast lift (Mastopexy) with or without Augmentation (implant) would improve your overall appearance and likely help you to enjoy your new figure. An implant is only suggested if you are looking for additional fullness, as a lift will create a lift and and implant would improve the fullness. Congratulations again and best of luck!
