I am 19 years old and have lost 70lbs. I have always had bigger breasts(38DD). Now, that I've been losing weight, I've noticed that my breasts are getting smaller and saggy while developing deep stretch marks. Instead of feeling excited about my weight loss, I feel insecure. Do you have advice?

Answer: Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Hello,Once you are near your goal weight, you should visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in breast surgery. You would benefit from a breast lift and possibly a breast implant too to achieve your goals. Best of luck!

Answer: The Bellesoma Method At age 19 and after losing 70 lbs, I recommend a new technique called The Bellesoma Method. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
