Thank you for your question. Yes, absolutely you can get the inside treated without the labia. Likewise, you can request to receive only one treatment with the understanding that your results will be that one one treatment. For dryness you may want to consider all 3 treatments but you can always start with one and reevaluate. The vagina is a very flexible and fully adjustable so no need to worry about getting too tight. We have had several patient choose to only treat the internal vagina since that was their only concern. Some patients choose to do treatments one at a time and assess their results prior to making another appointment. This is personal preference. It can help with vaginal dryness. Patients who have not had children can have ThermiVa and not worry about becoming "too tight."
