Unfortunately, many factors influence the price of the rhinoplasty like location of the doctor, if the doctor is specialized, revision or primary rhinoplasty, what specific procedures are being done to the nose etc. An average rhinoplasty cost in my office ranges from $8,000 to $15,000. Plastic surgeons want you to shop for a doctor who is going to have the same aesthetic eye as you. Every nose is different, and every rhinoplasty is different. photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. You may also benefit from a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn
up your tip slightly and a conservative dorsal hump reduction.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek

Hello and thank you for your question.  From your photographs,  I agree that you would be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty.  If finances are a major concern, many offices offer Care Credit, and I have discovered that many of my patients enjoy this alternative payment option.  The next step for you is
to find the right aesthetic plastic surgeon.  In your rhinoplasty
consultation, be sure your surgeon addresses all your aesthetic goals and concerns
specifically, and discusses the surgery details including the position and size
of the incisions used (with actual photographs and not just digital animations),
the risks and benefits of the procedure, recovery time, and post-operative
course.  Also, be sure to see plenty of before-and-after pictures in women
who have a similar nose appearance to yours, and preferably at different time
frames (3 weeks out, 3 months out, etc) to more accurately predict your own
surgical outcome.

And lastly, I think the most
important component of the consultation is to establish a good connection with
your plastic surgeon.  It’s the connection that allows you to clearly define your desired nose outcome
goals, the first step of this whole process. If you don’t feel you have a
good connection with your plastic surgeon after your consultation, he/she may
not be the best surgeon for you.

Your nose can be improved with a rhinoplasty, and it is important to consider facial plastic surgery as an investment. The cost of rhinoplasty varies based on what needs to be done to get a result that is aesthetically pleasing to the patient. Pictures would have to be imaged to make the determination of the type of rhinoplasty needed and its associated cost.

Rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so choose quality, not price. There are many third-party financing options that most plastic surgery offices use to help patients make the procedure more affordable. Alternatively, you can have the procedure done at a discounted rate by resident in a teaching institution, but it's important to realize that the instructor must be well adept at rhinoplasty. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish making the required changes to the nose with all the incisions on the inside of it.
