My dog just head butted the side of my nose 2 weeks and 1 day after septo/rhinoplasty. Should I be worried?

When he hit it, I felt a light pop and about 30 seconds of pretty intense pain. No blood, no tears. And my nose is still visibly straight with no breathing difficulty. Should I set an appointment with the surgeon?
