Wanting my implants redone - what type of implant, positioning, etc. would be best for me? (Photos)

I had under the muscle saline implants done in 2017. The implant placement was my surgeon‘s choice since I said I wanted my implants to look more natural. I was immediately unhappy with my results. The implants bottomed out . Most likely due to my heavy pectoral muscles from bodybuilding (figure class). They are so far in my armpits it’s almost impossible to shave and I have a massive gap in cleavage. I know anatomically that isn’t something that can be completely fixed but now know the shape of the implant and different techniques can fix it somewhat. I plan to get them redone within the next year and looking for advice on how to fix what I hate.
