How to narrow gap and gain more jiggle and cleavage? (Photos)

current stats: 5 ft, 97 lbs, around 11.5 cm bwd pre surgeries. 385cc Natrelle Responsive Full profile UTM (12.25cm implants) I want more volume, jiggle, and narrower gap but not look like I have two rockets; In theory, could I upsize within the same profile (Full) and if so would I be able to go up to 520cc considering that's a 13.25cm implant? Or what would be the max I could do As far ad implant width? Will wider implants and at least 120cc more be the solution?
