I have a crooked nose and asymmetrical nostrils. I'm very self conscious about it. Can this be fixed easily? One nostril in round and my septum can be seen and the other is long and oval shaped.

Answer: Rhinoplasty for the crooked nose Rhinoplasty for the crooked nose is a very difficult endeavor, and one of the most difficult procedures to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery. To straighten a crooked nose requires osteotomies placed in the nasal bones, cartilage grafts placed underneath the upper lateral cartilage on the concave side. This is known as a spreader graft. Answer: Nostril asymmetry Your asymmetry of your nostrils is not out of the normal range and probably would not recommend surgery to improve this.
