How to fix gap/break between upper nose and forehead?

Question

The problem is there is a deep gap between my forehead and Upper nose just below the gap of eye brows which looks awkward. I am also attaching photos for the same. I request all the experienced professionals to let me know if there is a solution to fix that and make normal like everyone else.

There are 3 causes for this appearance that you don't like. 1. big thick corrugator muscle 2. brow bone prominence and extra skin 3. low nasal radix. The treatment will be a combination of things to help address these issues. The best treatment is a specialized surgery called cranioplasty where we can remove/pull the extra forehead skin, reduce the size of the muscle, and contour the forehead bone lower. It appears that you maybe frowning in this photo as I see the outlines of procerus and corrugator muscles. These muscle can be relaxed using Botox or Dysport and this would soften the associated lines.

I would start by suggesting a neuromodulator for your corrugator muscles which may result in some brow elevation.  However it appears you have significant eyebrow and glabellar skin laxity and an excellent mail hairline.  This allows us to recommend either an endoscopic browlift or even a coronal browlift.
