Hello,I am a little confused as to the question you are asking. It seems that your question is to see if you are a good candidate for surgery after losing 75-100 lbs, and your current weight is between 350-400 lbs? If that is correct, unfortunately, you are not quite a surgical candidate yet. To be considered a good surgical candidate for elective surgery (meaning you are choosing to do the procedure) your BMI would need to be under 39. BMI is your Body Mass Index and is calculated based on your height and weight. So for an average person who is 5'5, weight would have to be 240 or less to be considered a candidate for surgery. This is not to be mean, but because it has been studied and found that patients with a BMI of below 40 have a much better recovery and a substantially lower chance of having a complication from surgery as well as anesthesia. Congratulations on your weight loss thus far, but you would have a little more work to do in order to qualify for surgery in the future.
