I have a hanging thing well thats what i call it and its like a flap it itches and gets red also when out and about it sweats and smells i am going through depression because of this

Yes, you sound like a good candidate and a pannic will usually help.  It's just a matter of seeing if Medicaid will approve it - sometimes they will and other times they won't.  If you can afford better insurance then you can make sure you get one that covers pannics.  Otherwise if Medicaid won't approve, you will have to pay out of pocket.  Worth looking into and seeing what your options are!
