I have seen three surgens to get TT and BBL but they advice me just to get tummy tuck and waist, love handles and bra roll Lipo will be okay ... they say just by doing TT and Lipo my butt will look big and that I dont have much fat for a big change in my butt
Answer: Just TT and Lipo will help butt to look big or do you think I also need a BBL? Thank you for your question and sharing your photos. I think you would be great candidate for Tummy Tuck with Liposuction. You do have enough fat to transfer to the buttocks. You could use the fat and transfer to the depressions in the hips for more of an hourglass figure. Just Tummy Tuck and Liposuction will still give the illusion of a bigger butt. Best of luck! Answer: Tummy Tuck then BBL Procedure Candidate Thank you for the detailed question and corresponding photos. Based on the pictures, you do appear to have a good inferior buttock contour, and using liposuction to trim the flanks and back will give you some upper buttock contour and improve your waist line. Whether you need a BBL or not, either way I prefer to do the lateral tension abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) first as a separate procedure and then the BBL at least 3 months after. This allows your abdominal incision and muscle tightening to heal before you get the BBL when you cannot sit/lay on your buttocks for 2 weeks. If after the abdominoplasty and flank/back liposuction you still want more curves, we can discuss a BBL. I recommend finding a board-certified surgeon you feel comfortable with and understands your goals and expectations. At our practice we also provide consults via FaceTime or Skype for patients who live outside of NY. For more information, please visit our webpage.

Answer: Tummy Tuck and Liposuction With or Without Fat Transfer to Buttocks You look like you would be a good candidate for tummy tuck and love handle liposuction. You would certainly have enough fat to add to the buttocks if you so desired; it just depends on what your goals are. Certainly, making an adjacent area look smaller (abdomen and flanks) does make the buttocks look proportionately larger without adding fat. They would however, still be the same size as they are now. If you actually want more buttock volume, fat transfer would be a nice contouring option.

Answer: Tummy tuck and back liposuction Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction. This can be done through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line. The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on the exterior. Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen. Back liposuction can be performed at the same time for improved contour. I do not think a BBL is needed, but you certainly could if you want. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Do I need a BBL A tummy tuck and liposuction of the waist (especially if agressive lipo is performed on your lower back) will make your buttocks appear larger in comparison. However, you have plenty of fat for a BBL. Ask your doctor to show you before and afters and discuss your expectations.Best wishes and good luck.
