I see alot of people going to Miami for BBL. Why is it so cheap?

for the brazilian butt lift surgery for half the price (4000-5000) are the doctors safe why is it so cheap. In my area it cost 7000-10000.

GREAT question!! Two issues are happening. First is the cheaper fees are due to the "clinicas" offering discounted fees to generate cases. These "clinicas" are NON doctor owned and hire doctors (some are PSs but most are not) to do surgeries in VOLUME! Therefore we, private practice boarded Miami PSs, can either offer better care at higher fees or compete with these discount chop shops to try to keep you all safe. Second issue is postop care offered. In private practice you will see or have the opportunity to see or talk to your surgeon anytime. Vs these "clinicas" try to keep the patients away from their surgeons because of so many post op issues.

Be careful; Be very careful! The old adage that :You Get What You Pay For" applies here. There are many physicians who want to earn more money without having to endure the grueling years of training that it takes to become a fully trained Plastic Surgeon. Many unscrupulous physicians will try to present themselves as a "Plastic Surgeon" in deceptive ways. Look carefully at the physicians training, credentials, and qualifications. On the other hand, there are many non-Plastic Surgeons, however, who do a very nice job and whom I respect. The best bet is to carefully research the doc and see who your friends have gone to. Above all else, do not be seduced by a low price. You can buy clothing at the dollar store or at Neimann Marcus. Just because they are both articles of clothing doesn't mean that they are the same...
