Congratulations on the birth of your second child. It looks like from the photos that you have really put in the time to get back into shape. Fortunately, you have a good shape to the buttocks and it appears that a BBL will benefit you because of the fat removal from the areas you don't want it and the volume enhancement to where you do want it. Hi... thank you for the question and photos... From your photos, you do have enough fat donor sites for shape improvement on the top of the buttock area. You can have great results due that the bottom area already have a nice shape.

You can certainly take some fat from others areas and add to the top of your butt. The best thing to do would be to go in for an evaluation with a plastic surgeon. After an examination he/she will be able to tell you exactly what can be done.

You would have to be examined in person to determine if you  have enough donor site fat to achieve your goals.  Best of luck.

For small areas, there are many effective fat grafting options. If you have enough donor fat, then using that fat to build up the area of your upper butt should work nicely. Good luck!
